Sales Executive
  • Job Description
    • Develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions to their needs.
    • Search for contracts and potential clients, and expand new customer base.
    • Organize, update and keep records of customers.
    • Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management team.
    • Monitoring and following up on new inquiries of the new customer even coordinating with other branches, warehouses, and transport.
    • Issue Quotation as customer requested.
    • Assist job and support job assignment of the commander.
    • Received complaints and solve the problem or presented solutions as customer satisfaction.
    • To do weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities, profit, and other related report.
    • Participate in a management meeting.
  • Requirement
    • Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, international transportation, or logistics.
    • 3-5 experience as Warehouse Sales Executive, Sea Freight, or Air & Sea Freight.
    • Moderate to excellent in communication in English (verbal and written).
    • Pro-active, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and also a good team player with operations.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Good computer skills, especially in MS office.
