Warehouse Supervisor
  • Job Description
  • - Organize and optimize the warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
    - Conduct meetings with customers to address warehouse-related issues and manage orders.
    - Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
    - Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques.
    - Collaborate with the Customer Service and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
    - Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.
    - Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
    - Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.
    - Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
    - Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational metrics.
    - Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement to optimize warehouse operations.
    - Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
    - Handle additional assignments as required.
  • Requirement
    1. Male, 25 - 35 years old
    2. Bachelor's Degree in any field
    3. At least 3 year-experiences in warehouse operation (Able to drive F/L is preferable)
    4. Able to make working standard (WI, SOP) and can set up working procedure for warehouse operation
    5. Good command of English both in written and spoken
    6. Positive thinking, service-minded, leadership skill
    7. Flexible to work on holidays (If there is an emergency task or customers' requirement)
